Where do I plug in my modem?
Into the nbn box at your home, using an ethernet cable from the WAN or internet port on your modem. On FTTP the box is on a wall, often in the garage or a cupboard, and has ports labelled UNI-D. Use the port your previous provider used, usually UNI-D1. On HFC and FTTC, plug into the single ethernet port on the nbn box. On FTTN and FTTB, plug a phone cable from the wall socket into your modem’s DSL port instead.
