Do RedSpeed mobile plans have a lock-in contract?
No. Every mobile plan is month to month. You can change plans or cancel anytime with no exit fees.
Can I keep my current mobile number?
Yes. We port your number across for free, and it usually completes within minutes to a few hours.
What network does RedSpeed mobile use?
RedSpeed mobile runs on the Telstra mobile network (4G and 5G), reaching 98.8% of the Australian population on 4G and ~75% on 5G. RedSpeed is an independent Australian provider reselling access to that network, not a Telstra brand.
Is RedSpeed 5G?
Yes. All published plans include 5G access on the Telstra mobile network where 5G is available, with 4G elsewhere in the wholesale footprint.
Can I use my phone overseas?
International roaming is not included in any plan. Roaming packs can be bought separately when you travel, and are activated by SMS. Standard plan inclusions cover calls and texts made within Australia.

Yes. Every plan includes unlimited standard calls and SMS to 15 selected countries, among them India, China, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam, Thailand and New Zealand. Plus can be upgraded to add 120 pooled minutes a month across 42 countries in total, adding the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Japan and others.
